Short review:

An exciting and awesome ending to the manga. However, I already knew the ending because I seen the anime many years ago. Still it was great to see this in print form, it makes me cry every time. So happy for her.

I loved the mountain battle and how those kids just kicked the bad guys asses. Satoko is really awesome, she should start a business making traps for people, I am sure she will be rich and famous quite soon.

The revelation about Satoshi was nothing new (again the anime), but still wonderful to see it in this form. The doctor was absolutely silly, and while I found it inappropriate for that time (he went of ranting about maids and all), it was also a relief to have some comedy in the middle of all the fighting.

I loved the part where Kasai just blasted a huge bullet through the door (and wall), he was already one of my favourite characters and this one made me love him even more.

All in all an epic conclusion to a wonderful series. And I will be waiting for the side books now which feature other worlds/other stories.
