I spotted this yesterday in the bookstore (I am still amazed when they have newer English books), and decided to check it out. The title just sounded so brilliant. 🙂 I just had to know what was going on in this book, and if the kid would find the perfect chair!

The whole book is summed up to three things, chairs, reading, comfort. Every bookworm here knows that a great chair is a necessity if one wants to read. This little kid knows this as well so he goes on the hunt for the perfect chair, with the perfect background (not too loud/colourful, etc.). Each 2 pages is him testing out a new chair, and then putting a verdict on the chair/background.

The ending was really sweet, and I was agreeing with the message there. I loved that this message was added, I was wondering a bit where this book would go to, since it just didn’t seem to end.

I loved the illustrations, the chairs (and how they looked) were lovely, and I also really liked the backgrounds.

All in all, this is one really fun book which I would recommend to all the bookworms out there.
