Hey everyone!

Typing this from my vacation-address, I would have waited until I was home again, but that is still some time away and I do want to share my fun- and book-filled day with you all. ?

So today was the day of Deventer Boekenmarkt, an annual event which transforms the city of Deventer to a bookheaven/mekka. Kilometres of books, book-related stuff.

I just had to go this year, it has been some time since the last time, because it is, even from where I am now, +/- 2 hours of driving and the same time if one would take the train.
But it definitely worth it, and luckily the weather was pretty decent, a tad cold, but still dry.

I quickly found my first book, and also spotted many books that seemed interesting, but this year I told myself to only go for books I would really read, and not just look through once and showcase on my shelves.

I found Storm Uitgevers, and they had the most fabulous things, not only their books, but also shirts in all colours, and totebags! Of course I had to get something.

It was quite busy, and some people seem to see it as a sport to just randomly, and suddenly, stop in the middle of the road.
I had quite some fun spotting totebags with book-related text or quotes! Some bags were so nice I wanted them myself.?

The hours flew by and before I knew it I had 6 new books, 1 totebag, and a t-shirt!

It was a terrific day, books, books, and more books. If course it was also tiring (because of all the people and walking), but I would do everything again in a heartbeat.

Now for my loot, no links to Goodreads for the books, maybe when I am home again, and have access to a pc I will add them.
