Review for Ghost Camera
This was a haunting, creepy read, definitely not been the wisest plan to read it before I go to sleep. 😛
So our MC finds a camera, and with that camera she can make pictures… of the dead! However there is more to it than just that, it seems that the ghosts are following her, making a grab for her. And her life isn’t sure. And not just her life, but also her best friend’s life is in danger since she also made pictures with the camera.
I really loved the idea of a camera that could make pictures of ghosts, however, I didn’t expect them to be able to hurt her, or find her, or stalk her. It was highly creepy, and well-written. I just needed to know more. Would our MC and her friend survive this? Or will the ghosts get them first? What is up with the little boy who is hiding in almost all pictures?
We find out what is wrong in the camera, and what happens if you make pictures, about halfway/two thirds in when they call an expert and insist he comes to help them. I won’t spoil anything as to what is going on, you will have to read this one.
I loved Jenine, and I loved Bree. Especially Bree was just a kick-ass wonderful girl who was sweet, kind, and protective. I loved how she did all those things for Jenine.
I do hope that Jenine learns not to pick up everything from the ground (some things are best left alone), and if she does, to just not use it and only look at it.
The ending and all that happened there? I loved it! And I was happy that my theory proved to be right! It was a creepy, scary ending, and I wanted to hide under my blankets.
All in all, this was one heck of a story, and I would definitely recommend it.
