Waiting for Wednesday ~ Romancing the Werewolf

Waiting for Wednesday ~ Romancing the Werewolf

Evening all,

At first I wasn’t sure what book I would pick for today’s WoW, but then I noticed one of my most anticipated reads of this year, a book I have been waiting for since last year, has gotten a cover and I absolutely died. It is thankful my boyfriend is not at home, because dear lord, he would have gone deaf. Oh dear, I forgot about my neighbours… well RIP my neighbours (it is almost 23.30). Oops. Oh well, a fangirl just has to fangirl no matter what time or place!

Haha, and I am even more invested in this book after reading the Parasol Protectorate just last month. It is about one of my favourite couples in that universe, Lyall and Biffy. I have been shipping those two as crazy, and I was devastated that they had to separate. But not for much longer, in this book they will be back together! squuueeeee I just can’t wait to see what will happen in this book, and I expect some hot steamy scenes. swoons

And is it me or is it hot in here? Boy that cover! fans herself

Werewolf in trouble…

Biffy, newly minted Alpha of the London Pack, is not having a good Christmas. His Beta abandoned him, his werewolves object to his curtain choices, and someone keeps leaving babies on his doorstep.

Professor Randolph Lyall returns home to London after twenty years abroad, afraid of what he might find. With his pack in chaos and his Alpha in crisis, it will take all his Beta efficiency to set everything to rights. Perhaps, in the process, he may even determine how to mend his own heart.

New York Times bestselling author Gail Carriger presents a charming gay love story set in her popular steampunk Parasolverse. Featuring the long-awaited reunion between everyone’s favorite quietly capable Beta and the werewolf Alpha dandy who let him slip away. This sweet romance is full of unexpected babysitting, holiday decorations, and no small amount of pining.
