It has been almost a month, but today I went to Library #3! And of course, Library #2, duh. 😛 I actually wanted to go to Library #3 last week, but sadly they were closed on that Saturday due to building activities.
So I first went to Library #2 to pick up my 3 reservations, and to hopefully also find some other books. Well, I found 2 books, but that is it. Oh well, you can’t have amazing hauls every week.
Next was Library #3, though before that I walked around the city, visited 2 bookstores (and found 3 new-ish (second-hand) books (if you want to know which ones check my Twitter). I was hoping I would have as much luck at the library as I did in the bookstores. Sadly, the answer is no. Yes, I did get 9 books, but only 2 of them were new additions to the library. The rest was found while browsing the children/YA section, and by walking around the comic/graphic novel part of the library and finding a few comics/graphic novels. Hopefully next time they have some more new additions. crosses fingers
Stats!: 14 new books. 3 Non-fiction, 6 comics, 2 graphic novels, 3 fiction.
First stack is Library #2, second stack is Library #3.
