Library Haul 11-11-2017

Hi everyone!

Before I start to tell about my Library Haul, I want to wish everyone a happy weekend!

Now to my Library Haul! As you can see today was a Library #2 only day! I had 10 reservations waiting for me. Including a book I had kind of given up on, namely the Peregrine Graphic Novel. I reserved it 8 months ago, and after a month I checked it again to see if the book was finally in (it kept saying they were ordered and nothing more) and noticed all the copies were gone. When I went to search for the book it wasn’t even findable in their database. I still let the book stand as a reservation just in case it may come in, and low and behold, a few days ago I got a mail the book was in and was waiting for me. I still have no idea what happened, why the book is suddenly here after 8 months while it is still not findable in their database. I guess I will have to call it a small miracle. 😛

Back to my haul, I still have 2 books at home (Atlas Obscura + The Floating Theatre), so I could get 3 more books. Which I found pretty much instantly while browsing the New Releases table. Two books about parenting/getting kids and one about Pussy Riot/Russia/protests.

I also got a new Claire volume! So excited. squee
