Hello hello everyone! throws glitter over all her readers

Eep! It is that time of the year again. Well, OK it was yesterday but I was totally pooped, so I am celebrating it today. Welcome all, my blog is now 5 years old! Holy wow, I never thought I would reach 5 years. Truly, I am stunned and delighted and squeeing in happiness. I would love to go back in time to tell me in 2014 this, we could party together. 🙂 It has been a ride these past 5 years, and I just adore checking back to see how much my blog has grown. To see what kind of things I posted then, and what kind of things I post now.

So I want to thank all my readers, my friends, my family, thank you all for visiting, for reading my posts, for your comments. Thank you so so much. Without you all I probably wouldn’t have gotten as far as I got now. So thank you! hugs I hope you all will keep on visiting, supporting, reading for the coming years, because Mehsi isn’t about to leave.

Of course, next to virtual cake and tons of hugs and glitter, I also want to celebrate with a giveaway! Yep! This year I will make 3 people very happy, they can win a book of their choice (up to 10 euro) from Book Depository! But not only that, I also want to give one winner American Panda, one of my favourite books from last year. So I got two contests, please join which one you would like to join. I know a bit confusing, but now I at least I don’t need to specifically ask if people want AP or not. 🙂

EDIT 6-3-2019: Due to little people signing up, I have decided to let just one person win, and the AP giveaway will be stopped because of almost no people signing up :(. I am thinking of doing that AP one later this year again. Hopefully more people will join. I am sorry guys, I wanted to give away all these prizes, but the way it is going now… someone will win two prizes and I just don’t think that is very fair for everyone. This is also the reason why the giveaway is taking longer than a week, I was hoping more people would join, sadly, no. I am not sure what went wrong, the tweet gets enough views, I retweet/bump it enough, and people do go to this post. Oh well, the internet is a weird place I guess. shrugs
