Library Haul 30-3-2019 (Library #1)

Welcome to the second of my Library Hauls, this time for Library #1. We were in the city centre near the library due to Pokemon and us meeting up with our wedding photographer. And since this week I was sick and haven’t been able to visit, we decided to pop by after the meeting.

First up I went upstairs to the YA section because I needed Crooked Kingdom. Yep, the second book in the Six of Crows series. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to read it after I finished the first book yesterday, but then found out that if I wanted to read King of Scars… I would need to read the second book as well. Thankfully, it was still on the shelves. dances Phew, I am not sure if I would have been able to wait for it to be around, and none of my other libraries have it.. well, in English (which is the language I want to read it in).

Then it was walking around and I quickly filled my arms with books. So many books. Maybe I should bring my fiance with me more often. grins He is a good luck charm. I didn’t even get a chance to check out the new adult non-fiction books, nor to check out that section of the library that often has interesting books. Nope, this girl had to bring back one book because she hit her limit. I guess… I could have put that one book I already read in Dutch back to keep that one book, but I really want to read this series (King Flashypants) in English and the library finally has them.

Oh, and I took To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before with me. I tried that book when it was first released, wasn’t impressed, but I recently watched the Netflix film, and now I want to try again. Thankfully, as I had checked before and was disappointed, Library #1 has them in English now, all of them. cheers

So, I got plenty of amazing books, and I can’t wait to start digging in and reading them.

Stats; 8 books. 1 non-fiction, 7 fiction.
