Welcome to a brand-new Waiting on Wednesday, well it is almost Thursday here, but eh. I had a busy evening. But here we are, this time a book I have been dying to read ever since I finished the first book a year ago. I still got to wait until September though, but I am sure I can wait a bit longer twitches. Cassidy is back and this time in Paris! Cassidy’s parents are of course filming a new part of their series, which I would just love to watch. I do love myself a good horror/ghost hunting series. Eep. Of course Cassidy has to awake a very strong spirit, oh dear. I am also excited that this one takes place in Paris, a city I would just love to visit one day. I should say I need to visit. 😛 Also which cover should I pick? The one with the Eiffel Tower in centre or the one that matches with the first book more and has a nice catacomb on the cover (see down below)? Let me know in the comments!

Trouble is haunting Cassidy Blake . . . even more than usual.

She (plus her ghost best friend, Jacob, of course) are in Paris, where Cass’s parents are filming their TV show about the world’s most haunted cities. Sure, it’s fun eating croissants and seeing the Eiffel Tower, but there’s true ghostly danger lurking beneath Paris, in the creepy underground Catacombs.

When Cass accidentally awakens a frighteningly strong spirit, she must rely on her still-growing skills as a ghosthunter — and turn to friends both old and new to help her unravel a mystery. But time is running out, and the spirit is only growing stronger.

And if Cass fails, the force she’s unleashed could haunt the city forever.
