Happy weekend/Saturday to everyone! Welcome to a new, and I am so delighted to be part, book tag: Animal Crossing: New Horizons Book Tag!

I adore Animal Crossing and yes I am playing tons of New Horizons when I have time to play, my island is shaping up nicely with all sorts of cute animals living on my island. When I spotted this book tag over at Literary Leisha I knew I had to participate. Animal Crossing but now for a book tag? YES! YES! dances

Original creators of this tag: Two Book Thieves

Past Villager – Who is a character you found when you were younger that still has a place in your heart?

Matilda from Matilda by Roald Dahl. I just love the girl and how despite everything she stays strong, plus her love for reading! Back then I also devoured books by the plenty, just like her.

Blather’s Blatherings – Recommend a historical fiction book that you think everybody should read.

Ohhh, this is a good question! A lot of them are in Dutch, but I also got some in English.
Lies we Tell Ourselves, Robin Talley, Young Adult, Historical Fiction, Photographs The Book Thief, Domino pieces, Historical Fiction, WWII, Young Adult, Markus Zusak, Books, Germany

Celeste’s Wish – What is a future book release you wish you could read now?

OMG, so many books. But one of my most NEED NOW books would be:

Aurora Rising, Aurora Burning, Sci-Fi, Young Adult, Orange, Multiple POV, Romance

Timmy and Tommy – What is your favourite sibling relationship in a book?

I love the Baudelaire siblings and their relationship, how despite all the hardship, all the pain, all the uncertainty they stick together and form one big team.

Baudelaire Siblings, Unfortunate Events, Lemony Snicket

The Easter Bunny – A popular book character that you’re not a big fan of.

I don’t really know or keep track who is popular, but I am sure there are quite a few characters I am not a fan of.

Nook’s Loans – An author you’d give all your money to.

Lemony Snicket.

The Sisters Able – What is your favourite fictional family (found or otherwise)?

The Weasleys, Harry Potter, GIF

The Weasley’s from Harry Potter

It’s a C+ – What is a book trope that you don’t like that keeps popping up?

Love triangles and Instant Love… they should both just die in a fire already.

The Wedding Camel – What is your favourite book set in a land far away from yours?

This is a hard one as I don’t really remember every book’s setting. But here are two books one set in Japan, the other in Egypt.

Timeless, Sphinx, Egypt, Fantasy, Parasol Protectorate, Girl,Japan AI, Japan, Pink, Girls, Travelling, Graphic Novel

What Would Dodos Do? – A fictional land you wish you could fly away to at any moment?

Anyone of my favourite books, because really I could use a fantasy world right now.

And that is it for today’s Book Tag! Oh boy, I loved this one, it was just the best fun to do this one especially if you are a fan of Animal Crossing. I would tag all my readers to do this one, be sure to let me know if you participate. Oh, and are any of you playing Animal Crossing?
