Happy weekend all and welcome to a new Sunday’s TBR Updates!
It was a pretty OK week, I had plenty of things to do + I had to finish my wedding anniversary present, which is now finished and looks pretty). I also baked some new things and, with the exception of one I am still not sure about, they were all very yummy (the brownies are SO GOOD).
Reading wise it went OK. I finished my re-read of Sailor Moon manga, I read books from my stack… and some that weren’t on my stack (teehe, oops).
What did I read from my TBR Pile this week? The Terror Behind The Mask (amazingly creepy and a delight to re-read, loved the MC), Dublin (not too good sadly, I am glad I already went to Dublin years ago, because this book doesn’t feel like you should visit), A Girl Called Justice (a great and fun mystery at a boarding school with an OK MC, but something was just missing), De godmother (the second book and just as much fun as the first one, I loved the romance, the humour, and well the rest), Viva Espana (too many theories and too little excitement and thriller).
From my Kindle I read: Nothing. Sorry Kindle. Just in the mood for real books this week.
I tried and dropped: Meat Market (the accents (is that the word?) didn’t work for me, plus it just felt like the book was missing something), Onder Studenten (gave it a few pages and got annoyed with the MC).
Here is a new TBR pile! With new books from Library #2, some older books from Library #2, and some other books I want to read! No Kindle this week, I am more in the mood for physical books.
We have reached the end of my Sunday’s TBR Updates for this week! Thanks for reading, and I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Be safe, enjoy some great books!
