Waiting on Wednesday ~ They Wish They Were Us

Waiting on Wednesday ~ They Wish They Were Us

Evening all!

Happy Wednesday, almost weekend dances. Welcome to a new Waiting on Wednesday, this time for They Wish They Were Us by Jessica Goodman.

I am continuing the thriller streak from last time with this one. Oh boy, I am so excited for this one. Murder that was solved.. but then there are texts that say something else. Who is the actual murderer? I also just love prep-schools setting especially when done in a thriller/horror. Then there is the not-so-secret society and I am totally sold. Plus, I can actually get it in physical because it comes out in paperback immediately!

I am also very hyped that this book is the first one in a series! While I do prefer standalones.. sometimes you just want more and I hope that this book gives me that because given the blurb this may be a world I don’t want to leave just after one book.

But when Jill starts getting texts proclaiming Graham’s innocence, her dreams of the perfect senior year start to crumble. If Graham didn’t kill Shaila, who did? Jill is vows to find out, but digging deeper could mean putting her friendships, and her future, in jeopardy.
