Review for 100 Ways Your Two-Year-Old Can Hurt You

100 Ways Your Two-Year-Old Can Hurt You, Chen Weng, Parenting, Girls, Woman, Man, Running, Humour, Funny, Comics, BlueI received this book from Netgalley in exchange of an honest review!

I have been following Chen Weng on Twitter for some time now and so I was absolutely delighted to see a book with her comics coming. I had to instantly had to click that read now!

This book bundles several of her comics, no clue if there are any new ones as I have been following her for long enough that I don’t remember all comics. The comics are about parenting, about her kids, about her relationship, and they are all very funny and will have you giggle/laugh. I don’t have kids myself, but I could relate to quite a few of the comics due to the fact I have done babysitting and worked at a daycare/kindergarten.

I love the comics with Before/After/VS/First and second baby and that in various forms like When I’m cooking vs When my husband is cooking or how she was with her babies during and after pregnancies. These comics definitely were my favourites.

Some comics are short, others are a couple of pages (like the one about what weapons kids have and what damage it does).

I really like her art style.

I had tons of fun reading this one and I am delighted that she has put the comics into a book, I am going to be adding this one to my collection as soon as it comes out.Not just for me, my husband is also a fan! I would recommend it to all who like comics about parenting filled with a big dose of humour.

Star rating, 5 stars
