Sunday’s TBR Updates ~ 20-9-2020
Afternoon,
Happy Sunday all and welcome to a brand-new Sunday’s TBR Updates!
The weeks are really passing by fast. For my feeling it just September, but we are already almost through it. My hubby’s birthday was fantastic, we played games and watched movies and he loved my presents. The rest of the week was a mix of doing all sorts of things and trying to take it easy.
Reading-wise, I had fun reading books from my stack. I finished my ARC for May Day (after 2 weeks), and I also read a couple of ARCs from Netgalley.
What did I read from my TBR this week? Lentevuur (OK, exciting, though also tons of stupid decisions and does the author know how phones work?), Blitz #6 (fun and cute, though I wish we saw the new planet), Puppy Kwijt (cute, I really enjoyed reading this one), Fantastische Frankie (this was just so much fun to read, I love the setting), Laat een bericht achter (educational but fun and I loved it was all poetry), Dierenstad (so many questions, but it was fun to read and had gorgeous illustrations), Hilda en de bergkoning (so much excitement and I loved the ending).
I tried and dropped: Op pad met locals (lord this was boring), Advocaatje leef je nog (even more boringness and I didn’t like how he dismissed normal books).
Here is a big stack of books! Not sure if I will read all of them, but I am planning on visiting Library #2 next week so I want to at least try them out. Not on the stack are two ebooks I need to read for blog tours (1 for 16-10, the other for 5-10).
With that we reached the end of this post, thanks for reading! I hope everyone has a great Sunday and a great week. Enjoy and stay safe!

You’ve read a lot!
Also, that is a very ambitious TBR pile, I wish you good luck with it and fingers crossed that you will like all of them!
Yeah, it was a great reading week!
Haha, yes, but I like a challenge. Thanks for the good luck, I will need that! Also thanks for the fingers crossed, so far I am liking them, so yay!
That is a very impressive TBR pile. Just wondering if you use any speed reading techniques?
Thank you! 🙂 Nope, I just read at a naturally fast pace, even as I kid I devoured books left and right.
