Oh lord, things that crawl on the ceilings/walls, clowns, big fucking spiders.

3 Have you ever used a Ouija Board?
Haha, to be honest I only know of that thing from US movies/series/books. I never actually seen one or found one in any store or place. So no. Never used it, never will if I ever bump against it.

4 Favorite horror monster or villain?

Sadako from Ring, definitely her. Wouldn’t want that one pop out of my tv… which is why when I saw the film (Japanese version, not that American edition) I covered my tv for a good couple of months. 😛

5 What is the creepiest thing that’s ever happened to you while you were alone?
I will just quote something from the Hallotober Tag: “Oh boy. I can remember some spooky things happening. Let’s think. Ah, a recent thing that happened last year, and probably will happen this year as we moved last year. There is a lamp on our shed that is movement-sensitive. Sometimes it will just go on. While there is nothing there. Nothing that should have triggered it. During the spring/summer months it gets dark pretty late, so it is no problem. But during October it gets dark earlier so yeah. I remember watching something scary on Netflix, alone at home, when suddenly the light would just go on. But nothing is there. A few minutes later it goes off again and I just went on with watching my show, but not 15 minutes later it pops on again. You can imagine I was spooked out the whole evening.”

6 Are you superstitious?
Maybe a bit. But not that much.

7 Do you ever see figures in your peripheral vision?

Haha, yes, and especially during the night or when I read creepy things. I guess my mind just wants to see things or is terrified. Or maybe something more like floaters and that stuff that is in your eyes.

8 Which urban legend scares you the most?
OMG! I love Urban Legends. Not sure which one I am scared of the most. There are just too many!

9 Do you prefer gore or thrillers?
Me from 10 years+ ago: GORE. Me now: Thrillers please.

10 If you were dared to spend the night in a haunted house, would you do it?
Um… how much would I get paid for it? XD But probably a big fat nope.

11 Do you believe in multiple dimensions or worlds?
Mm, I do keep an open mind for these things, and I am always happy to listen to someone about such things. I guess there must be more to life than what we have here. It would be strange if we were the only ones in the entire universe.

12 Ever made a potion of any sort?
Nope. Though I did make some fun concoctions with lemonade.

13 Do you get scared easily?

Depends on various things. In the daytime? Meh, not so much. Nighttime, much easier especially if I have watched or read something creepy.

14 Have you ever played Bloody Mary?
Nope. And never going to play that. NOPE.

15 Do you believe in demons/the devil?
I believe in God, and I believe that there is something thwarting God’s plans, the Devil.

16 You’re home alone but you hear footsteps in your house, what do you do?
Grab my hamsters, stuff them in their respective carriages, grab my phone, my coat, and run outside and call my husband/police.

17 If you got trapped in one scary movie, which would you choose?

18 If you could only wear one Halloween costume for the rest of your life, what would it be?
We don’t do Halloween costumes here. But I guess if it was a thing, a witch.

19 Would you ever go to a graveyard at night?

Not alone. No freaking thank you.

20 Would you rather go to a Halloween party of trick-or-treating?
We don’t really have either, well we do have some parties here but they are not my scene.

21 In a zombie apocalypse what is your weapon of choice?

Mm, baseball bat or maybe one of my garden things. I got some long poles, add something pointy, and go.

22 You’re in a horror movie. Are you the first to die? The final girl standing? The comic relief? The skeptic? The smart one? The killer?
Mm, I think I would be the scared but smart one. Not sure, and not even want to try. Thank you. This question reminds me of a manga I recently read called Final Girl. That was such a fun one. Read my review for it here.

23 Do you have to watch something happy after watching a horror movie to help you sleep?
Um, yes.

24 Whilst watching scary movies are you the person yelling at the characters, the person with their eyes covered or the person who falls asleep?
Yelling and covering my eyes. Just ask my hubby! 😛

25 Are you the one who gets scared or the one who does the scaring?
Both! I love scaring the wits out of people, but people are also able to do it back to me.

Haha, I love these questions, and my answer is always, I don’t have a clue. I don’t keep track of that and my memory apparently doesn’t care to keep track of it for me.

28 What was your first Halloween costume?
points at one of the previous questionsHalloween is not a big thing here. I do dress up in something that still can go for a normal outfit, though a bit fancier. I got a couple of dresses from Large.nl that are spooky.

29 What is your favorite Halloween movie?

Of all time? Nightmare Before Christmas. Hands down the best movie. Jack cannot be beaten.
