Sunday’s TBR Updates ~ 4-10-2020
Hi all!
Welcome to a new Sunday’s TBR Updates! Happy weekend all!
Wow, this week just flew by. It was a week I had to take it easy. With 3 days of library (Saturday/Sunday/Monday) and then on Wednesday I had to go to the city hall to request a new ID card. Normally my body is tired after all that, but with Corona, keeping an eye on everything, making sure things are safe… it was just too much. Thankfully, there was still plenty I could do. I also had fun decorating my house in Halloween style on Saturday as it is finally after October 1st! So now my house is spoopy.
This week I read from my stack, but also two ARCs, some manga, and some ebooks (for banned books week).
What did I read from my TBR stack this week? Gekke goden (which was a pretty fun book with lots of humour), Niet jouw girl (not sure how I felt… it was a tough book to read), Romance in Toscane (not really romance, more a thriller with crazy villains), Hallo dear (a hilarious and fun picture book).
I tried and dropped: Het familie reisboek (soooooo boring).
Here is my new stack! It is a lot, but for now it doesn’t seem to go to a lockdown… so I am going to read a bit more freely and so I want more choices. Here is to hoping I am not going to regret that. 😛
And so we have come to the end of this week’s TBR post! Thanks for reading, and I hope everyone has a great week with lots of books (and some spookiness as Halloween is coming). Stay safe and healthy! Until next week~
