Life in Books Tag

Afternoon all!

Guruguru, GIF, Red-hair, staff, book

Welcome to a new Book Tag! Today I am answering the questions in the Life in Books Tag!

I was in the mood for a new tag so I went around on Google to see if there were any that spoke to me! I bumped against this one and knew this was the one to answer. I love finding books on my shelves!

I found this tag on Boston Book Reader, be sure to check out their blog~ If you know the original tag maker, let me know and I will add their info to this post!

Ready? Let’s get answering~

1. Find a book for each of your initials

I am still not going to tell you my name (or I should say names) so I will use my username, Mehsi.

2. Count your age along your bookshelf – what book is it?

Haha, I got like so many bookshelves or I should bookcases in my attic library… I will just pick one bookcase and then one bookshelf from that. Mm, let’s see. Yes, I will go with that one, and the book I need for my age is:

3. A book set in your city/country

Stad in de storm, Utrecht, Historical Fiction, Young Adult, Boy, Girl, Dom, Middle Ages, Europe, Netherlands

I don’t think I have seen a book that takes place in my current town, but I do have one from my birth city, Utrecht. I can’t make a picture of said book as the book, along with several others of my childhood books are in boxes.

4. A book that represents a destination you’d love to travel to

Egypt! That and Japan are two of the countries I would love to go to. Someday I hope.

5. A book that’s your favorite color?

I am in a pink mood!

6. Which book do you have the fondest memories of?

Unfortunate Events, Lemony Snicket, Abarat, Clive Barker, Harry Potter, J.K. Rowling

Just one? I just cannot pick one book out of hundreds of books I have. I will just pick a trio of books. I would love to post some childhood books, but I only got one box with them and they are not easily accessible, the rest I gave away/donated.

7. Which book did you have the most difficulty reading?

I don’t think I had a book like that? I do have some books that weren’t easy to read because of their subject, or some because of their language, but nothing really difficult to read.

8. Which book in your TBR pile will give you the biggest accomplishment when you finish it?

This one. This one stands out as I bought it last year in April and still haven’t gotten to it (normally I read new books pretty fast, though things are slowing down due to having to ration books thanks to lockdown/libraries closed). I think the relief of having finally read will be huge. Not to mention, I also hope by reading this one I will read more books by this author.

And that is the end for this delightful tag! I would tag everyone!

I had so much fun finding books and answering the questions. I am really loving book tags and I am glad I found out about them last year! There are still plenty to do and I can’t wait to post them on my blog. Thanks for reading!

    1. Yay, thank you! ❤ Ohh, hope we both have fun reading the book, planning on starting it as soon as I finished my other before-sleeping-book: The Last Tang Standing. Thank you!
