Afternoon all!

Welcome all to a brand-new Sunday’s TBR Updates!!! dances

This week was a mix of yay and not much happening. I made an appointment with the garden centre so I could have 30 minutes to visit it and brought home tons of new plants. The weekend started early for me on Good Friday and then there was of course Easter (today and tomorrow).
Reading-wise, had tons of fun reading though I totally neglected my poor Kindle. pets Kindle I mostly read from my stack or from Netgalley!

What did I read from my TBR stack this week?  Library Wars #8 (finally she finds out and tons of other exciting things happen), Nodame Cantabile #2 (two meh characters arrive but the rest of the story was good), Grenadier #1 (chaotic but also hilarious), Kimikiss #5 (sooooo adorable!), Fake Blood (OK-ish, I am glad the truth came out), Fate/Stay Night #3 (ohhhhh this was GOOD, Rider! Caster!), Don’t Tell a Soul (such mixed feelings on this one, love but also meh and bored), Five Total Strangers (slow start, at times a bit weird, but I enjoyed it).

I tried and dropped: De Complete vrouw (this was just soooo boring), Party (annoying characters), Het Heksenhotel (writingstyle and I didn’t click), Jetset (I don’t know, something just wasn’t working).

Here is a brand-new stack! Top 2 books are books I gave to my husband for Christmas, and now it is my time to read them. After that 4 new books that arrived on Friday. Followed by two mini-library books. After that it 5 books I still have to read. Lastly the stack ends with a couple of re-reads (My Hime to Abarat). All in all a nice blend of new and older books. I also bought 7 new books at book store, which wasn’t planned, haha, but I won’t put those the stack as currently the stack is already a bit overwhelming for me.
