Sunday’s TBR Updates ~ 12-9-2021

Afternoon all~

Bakemonogatari, Books, Gif, Red Books, Girl, Boy, Diving/Jumping, Anime

Welcome to a new Sunday’s TBR Updates! Happy Sunday~

This week… well, it was OK at times.. but also not OK at times. Not really in the mood or right space to explain more.
Reading-wise, well that was a good week. Because of everything I just disappeared into books whenever I could, meaning that my Netgalley is down to 7 (got accepted for 2 other books), my library stacks are down (though now up since I went to Library #2 and #3 yesterday XD), and I managed to read some TBR books of mine.

What did I read from my TBR this week? Wicked Little Deeds (slooooww start, but awesome after that, eyes eyes everywhere), Crater Lake Evolution (YAS, aliens are back, superexciting and fun book), Eksters houden van bling bling (an interesting book debunking all sorts of myths and such), The Princess Rules (trying a bit TOO hard at times, but still a very fun book that made me laugh).

What did I try to read but DNF in the end? Mijn eerste lijk is gelukkig vers (the writing style didn’t work for me), Curses and Kisses (not a fan of either of the MCs).

And here is a shiny new stack. I am actually also still reading Project Hail Mary, bit by bit, but forgot to add it as it was in another room. It is a nice stack featuring some new library books that I want to read and some TBR books I still have to read. I also want to see if I can read some of the books on my Netgalley shelf.

Thanks all for reading and I hope everyone has a good weekend and a good week. Stay safe and have a good time reading all the books~

  1. I read Hollowpox this month and loved it! The Morrigan Crow series is so magical and fun, I’m glad there are going to be more stories in the series

    1. It is! Happy to see another fan. <3 I love it so so much and I cannot wait to read Hollowpox and see how her stories continue. So there are going to be more? So happy to hear that.
