WWW Wednesday #14 ~ 17-11-2021

Evening~

Happy Humpday, happy Wednesday! Welcome to a new WWW Wednesday!!

So far a good week! Very tired though, mental health not doing so well. But I am getting through the days. Today I visited Library #4 (a book haul will appear on https://boekeneiland.nl/ tomorrow) and found some great books, one I am even reading now. XD Still checking often at the Ikzoekbaas site as my husband and I want a dog, so far no luck as it is pretty much battle royale if a dog is interesting/good. XD

About WWW Wednesdays: WWW WednesdayΒ is a meme hosted by Sam ofΒ Taking on a World of Words. It is a fun way to show readers what you are reading, what you finished, what you want to read next.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

These two! The first is a book I got today at the library and started and I am just sucked into the story. Suzanne Vermeer is very hit/miss, this seems to head to hit, so YAS! The second book is one I got an ARC from the publisher and so far I am at 21%, slowly getting through it. Would love to read it more, but I want to be near a PC when I do so I can make easy notes with Goodreads (not a fan of writing notes all the time, typing is faster). It is an OK read, so far only one story was truly WTF and nope and eww and not my cup of tea.
Recently Finished, WWW Wednesday, Reading, Books, Rainbow, Plant
De tweede vrouw, Woman, Thriller, Mystery, Murder, Astrid WitteHowl at the Moon, Haggis and Tank Unleashed, Jessica Young, James Burks, Imagination, Adventure, Friendship, Children's Books, Scotland, Humour, Puns, Animals, Comics, Bagpipe, Castle
Finished these two earlier today. The first is a thriller with a disturbing MC and a decent story, but there were also big levels of WTF am I reading, do I want to read this? Still couldn’t stop reading.🀣 And the second one is about two dogs who go on an imaginary adventure. I just hadn’t expected it to be imaginary so that was a bit of a shame, but other than that I really loved the story and the puns.

The Great Dream Robbery, Greg James, Chris Smith, Humour, Children's Books, Adventure, Dreams, Bus, Blue, Purple, Kids
This one, by the fabulous Greg James and Chris Smith, I loved their previous series Kid Normal, so I am super hyped that they have a new book, this time featuring dreams, tons of adventure and more. I cannot WAIT to read this one. But first Nachtvorst. Β
