Happy Wednesday and welcome to the last WWW Wednesday of 2021!
So far an OK week, vacation week so I can just rest plenty! There is a tad bit of stress about the doggos I was talking about last week. Sadly, we didn’t hear anything and checking the site it seems one of the two doggos has an owner now. The other, the husky, is still free, but given how things went I am guessing the shelter already has people ready. This shelter sucks. Another shelter at least gave us a kind mail that we weren’t in luck, it seems this one just doesn’t care about that. 😐 Oh well, we will keep trying. Wish us luck! Hopefully 2022 brings a cute doggo for us.
It was quite a good reading day today! This week is my free week and I am reading like mad, well in between doing puzzles, walks, Lego, and games with my husband. 🙂
About WWW Wednesdays: WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam of Taking on a World of Words. It is a fun way to show readers what you are reading, what you finished, what you want to read next.
The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
This one! Tried it in Dutch and didn’t work, so I am hoping that it works better in English~
Too many were finished today, haha, much to the amusement of my husband who was coding something for my blog (thanks love). But these two I really enjoyed the most out of my selection today. They are cookbooks but really funny and relatable. I laughed my butt off, plus found quite a few fun recipes I would like to try out~
I am thinking this book! It is a Dutch book about a teacher and her class in high school. Discrimination, being poor, family problems are also passing by. I always love books about teachers and daily stuff happening in class, and this one sounded very interesting, especially since it is about kids from certain parts of Amsterdam who have a lot going on.
