Afternoon all~

Welcome all to a new Sunday’s TBR Updates! Another week has passed by and we are going for a new one!

And I could definitely use a new week. The start of the week was good, I was tired, but fine. The weather is still improving, I read some great books. Sadly.. on Friday my sweet little hammie Yuki died at 2 years and 3 months. It really went fast, on Thursday we noticed something on her body, wanted to go to the vet, and then a few hours before the vet things just went wrong. 🙁 So yeah, my week ended in sadness.

What did I read from my TBR this week? Sweet home Carolina (OK, but some things were just odd, including something about Native Americans), Mijn lust en mijn leven (pretty well written though the arguments between her and her boyfriend.. oh boy), Zwijgmannen (wow, what a great book!), Verborgen verlangen (a sweet book), Spit de lama gaat kamperen (so hilarious), Sem eet Jam (this was tons of fun, definitely want more in this series, gorgeous art), Redders langs de kust (this was awesome, sometimes sad, sometimes a bit gory, but very interesting),  Indigo Wilde (this was magical!!).

I tried and DNF-ed: Familiebanden (no thank you), Pien Vermeer (there was something off with this book, maybe the translation??), Liefde in Milaan (first book was good, but the next one couldn’t hold my attention).

Here is a new shiny stack of books I hope to read this upcoming week! A giant stack, but I just want to disappear in books. I am going to be drowning myself in books~ I also added some new books to my collection that I hope to read this week~
