Evening all!!

Welcome to a hot and melty WWW Wednesday! It’s been a while, thought it would be nice to do one again!

PHEW, what a couple of days it has been. Starting with 32+C on Monday to 40C on Tuesday to 28-30C and lots of stickiness today. I mostly spend a few hours of the day at my PC doing blogging and other important stuff and some cleaning/chores and the rest of the day at bed (reading or sleeping). In the evening I would get up again to do some computer stuff (gaming and such). I will be glad when the weather goes back to 20-25C. Normal temperatures. My body is not made for this.

How is everyone else doing? Melting as well? Hope everyone is coping!

This one! It finally came in not that long ago and so I can finally read it! Just read 4 chapters so far but I am enjoying it. I love that our MC is lesbian/bi and I am excited to see what happens on the island! Plus, it is a great book to read during the warm days of summer!

Two Dutch books and I read two volumes of this manga. The Dutch books were OK, I mean, the insect book (rups/vlinder) was pretty nice and poetic, though the illustrations weren’t entirely my cup of tea. The Noord book was pretty and interesting but I am just getting tired of never being able to escape from climate change/bad things happening in the world. I get it, the world is ending, I see it all over the place from newspapers to social media to anything else. I just want to escape. Just not think about it for x amount of time. The manga volumes were fun, about a guy isekaied to a world in which he just has 1 level… however thanks to his drop stats being S he is pretty OP and that helps him do things in the world. It is a fun one, I especially like how the slimes work. Emily is such a fun character, she isn’t good at fighting, but I love seeing her make all sorts of yummy food. 

This one! I have had this one on my shelves for a few months now because I just never was in the mood, but now I am so after I finish Bad Things Happen Here I will start with this one. Crossing fingers it is just as good as the first book! Squee!
