A bloody welcome to a new Friday Face Off! This weeks theme is witches and I couldn’t help but going for a book I would consider a classic. A book that as a child definitely frightened me.

It is definitely a fun prompt for this Halloween season! And I was happy surprised that despite there being so many of the same covers (just smaller or with another background) there were also some that were different. I had fun choosing 4 covers~

I am going for the French cover because DANG it is so scary and it captures the scariness of the witches perfectly. I love the purple colours. The shadows. Yes, this is the book that will terrify kids. XD
