It is time for Christmas in the world of The Littlest Dinosaur!!

My first The Littlest Dinosaur! I got a few others as I participated in the Kickstarter a few months ago, but just haven’t had the chance to get to them! Will have to get reading them all because DANG it is cute! This one is not from the Kickstarter, I just bought it from Amazon when I saw it was released. XD

In this one a very sweet Christmas tale! It was a bit weird reading it during Halloween, but I just couldn’t wait any longer… and I also could use something less spooky for a change. In this book we meet the Littlest Dinosaur and see him have the greatest time with his brother and a whole bunch of snow! Mama dinosaur is working hard to make sure everything in house is Christmas and jolly. It was just great fun to see the Christmas-feels just spark of the pages!

And then there is a surprise, because that big pile of gifts under the tree? The ones I thought were for the Littlest Dinosaur and his brother or maybe even some more family members? Those are gifts for other dinosaurs. Dinosaurs that don’t have a lot. I absolutely loved it and was just so delighted by this little family giving away so many presents and making so many dinosaurs having a great time!

I would have loved, at the end, to end it with not just the message but also see the Littlest Dinosaur and his brother open up their presents, give mom something as well. That would have just made it perfect. Now we are left with the image of a tree with two presents still left and I was curious what was in it!

The illustrations were so adorable and sweet! I loved how the dinosaurs were drawn + I loved how well it captured all the Christmas feels~

All in all, recommended to all!
