Welcome to a new Friday Face Off! I was in the mood for some pretty covers so I thought this would be fun to do!

Today I picked It Ends with Us by Colleen Hoover! A book I really loved, and I still desperately need book 2 but I just haven’t had time to get it + my libraries don’t all have the English version available, but hopefully soon! crosses fingers I had fun checking the covers and there are some interesting ones~

And I KNOW, how some of you are all not happy about Colleen Hoover, but I love her writing. It may not always be the very best, but it just pulls me in. I have loved it for 10 years. Yes, 10 years. Where did the time go? And this WAY before Tiktok, WAY before the whole hype train. She was one of my very first new adult writers  and I love that I found out about her. I know that she is now overly hyped, and that people hate her or something (and apparently also like to shove that hate to people who love her books which is just PLEASE DON’T), but I love her books (or well, most of them, heehee). And I love the designs for the books, especially the fancy new covers~ Because when I started reading some of the covers were cute, but yeah, not always the prettiest.

It used to be that she would post a list of a topic and you would find covers, but these days you are free to pick a cover of your own that has a lot of editions and feature them on your blog~

This one! I just love the flower a bit more, love that it is a bit more subtle that something is wrong, that the flower is falling apart (aka everything in their lives is not OK). I also love the black background and how the flower just pops out.
