Friday Favourites #12: 21-4-2023: Sci-Fi Books

Evening everyone~

A stormy welcome to a new Friday Favourites! Haha, we just a small storm here with lots of rain + thunder!

And it is Friday~ Weekend~ FINALLY! Haha. I am sooo happy~ Tomorrow I am going to buy some new plants for my garden + balcony and I am looking forward to it all week. I need some bright colours in my life right now. Plus, I hope to be able to read a bit more. Got some books staring at me. 😂

Today’s prompt is Sci-Fi books and I was wondering what to do about it. Aliens? Dystopia or Apocalypse (also subgenres under the Sci-Fi genre)? Space as in space? Space adventures? In the end I went people in space and one alien. It was quite fun to go through my shelves and find all the fun books to share with you all! Plus, it gave me an idea to update my shelves and get dystopia and (post)-apocalypse their own shelves~

Let me know what you think of my choices, as always I highly recommend these, and what you would have added! I hope everyone has a great Friday and weekend!

What is Friday Favourites/Favorites? Each week you get a prompt and you can select a number of your own favourite books that fits that prompt. There doesn’t seem to be a limit on the books, I see people doing 4 and some doing 10 or more. As for me I think 7 is a nice number, so for each of the Friday Favourite prompts I will show you 7 of my favourites in that genre!
If you want more information + see the prompts, check out Functionally Fictional’s intro post!
