Library Haul ~ 29-4-2023 (Library #2+#3)

Afternoon all!

Nyarko GIF, Books, All the books

A warm welcome to a new Library #2 and #3 haul! It was high time to visit again~ Happy Sunday!

First up was Library #3! First making sure that my library card was valid for a year again, and then it was searching for new books while my hubby waited outside with Coco. Well, new books were found. Very easily actually. Haha. I found 6/7 books downstairs at the ground floor with all the new releases, much to the regret of my shoulders and arms. Because as you can see on the picture below, I found some big chonky books. PHEW! It was not fun to log that one around the library, but definitely worth it in the end. Plus, as soon as I came to the YA/Children’s section I stuffed another 5/6 books in my bag and thus I was done! Yes, the library was very kind with its new releases today (and so many English books + a new Chris Riddell book EEP) + my muscles thank it as well as they weren’t looking forward to dragging that bag any further. 🙈

Then it was onwards to Library #2 and pick up my reservations (17 this time) and also look around for some more books! I found another 9 books there. It is a smaller haul than normal, but I don’t mind at all. I got a ton of physical books to read (as soon as I finish those 4/5 that I still have to read). But I am very happy with what I found, I even found two books that I was hoping to find! One that shouldn’t even be at this specific branch. 😂

On that note, I do think it is weird how library rules vary. At Library #2 and #4 there are zero problems with Coco in a bag (at Library #4 they were even excited and happy to see her), but in Library #3 I was spoken by a security guy that I shouldn’t bring her inside.

STATS: 12 books at Library #3 and 26 books at Library #2! does a happy dance

NOTE: Photos 1 and 2 are Library #2 and Photo #3 is Library #3.
