Review for Paper and Tape Crafts
I received this book from Netgalley/the publisher in exchange of an honest review.
I am a big fan of crafts and all that so when I saw this book on Netgalley and checked out a preview on Amazon… I had to request it! So happy I can read it because I was into finding some new crafts to do~
Well, I think I will first need to do some shopping, haha, I do have a lot of things at home, but there were a few things I missed. Like paper bags or wax paper! At least I got plenty of washi tape. So this review will mostly just be me reading this one and one day I want to do some crafts, because there are some really fun ones. I just don’t really have a craft store easily nearby, and while my bookstore has some stationery/craft stuff, it is not much. Plus, at the moment of writing this one May 11th, I am also sick. So yeah. But I will be doing them! Someday!
In this delightful and fun book we get many many crafts! From making flags to pin on a board with a map (so you can show where you have been and where you want to go) to a fun memory game to masks and mountains to much more. It was just a delight to go through this book and see all sorts of fun creative projects that were often very colourful and made me smile. Just what I needed! Some are super simple, some require a bit more effort. I love the variety.
The instructions are very clear with plenty of information in words, but also clear photographs to show you what to do! I am always happy when craft books keep it simple but also fun. I have read some books that felt like I was deciphering Chinese or something. 😂 I also love that we got some bonus extras at the end with extra tips on what to do to make it better or change it up just a bit more. You also get tips if you don’t have x material so that made me happy!
All in all, highly recommended if you are looking for some fun craft projects to fill your afternoon/day with!
