Book Haul May 2023
Hey!!

A happy welcome to a new Book Haul Post! WHOO~ It is time to show you what I got for May~
This was a pretty OK-ish month for books. I got new comics in my favourite series at the beginning of the month and I won a Dutch book that I really wanted. The rest of the month was pretty quiet, I did keep track of things on Amazon. Yep, their prices are still all over and it is now becoming a-few-times-a-week-check-Amazon-thing as prices and availability of books vary day by day. One day a book can be 24 euro, the next it could be 15, the next it could be gone. It is all very confusing and a tad frustrating. But around the middle of the month I was lucky enough to find some books available and for a normal price. does a happy dance
And no I haven’t read all the books. The Dutch books, yes. And they were oodles of fun and exciting (in case of the Linda van Rijn one). But the English books I bough in the middle of the month, well they didn’t get here until late last week and early this week, so I haven’t had time to open them and read them. I will get to them very soon!
NOTE: Not listed is Quietly Hostile by Samantha Irby, that one didn’t get here until the 30th and by then I had this post already all finished.
