Generally I have a stack of 2 or 3 next to me, but I stick to reading one at a time. For most, haha.

IF YOU’RE READING MORE THAN ONE BOOK AT A TIME, HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHEN TO SWITCH TO READING THE OTHER BOOK? (DO YOU READ A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF PAGES IN EACH?)

If I am reading a second book then I generally read x chapters or x pages before switching~

DO YOU EVER SWITCH BOOKMARKS WHILE YOU’RE PART WAY THROUGH A BOOK?

Only if the bookmark falls out or if I put it somewhere and forget (thanks ADHD) then yes. Otherwise I will keep the same bookmark for the whole book.

WHERE DO YOU KEEP THE BOOK YOU’RE CURRENTLY READING?

Either next to my desk with my laptop, or at my bed, or at the dinner table when I am eating lunch/dinner.

WHAT TIME OF DAY DO YOU SPEND THE MOST TIME READING?

I think during the evening before sleeping. I generally read about an hour then.

HOW LONG DO YOU TYPICALLY READ FOR IN ONE GO?

That is all wholly dependant on how my ADHD is. Haha. Sometimes I go into hyperfocus (I guess that is what it is called) and I can read an hour or so straight. But quite often everything just distracts me. How I read this many books is often a wonder to me. 🤣

DO YOU READ HARD COVERS WITH THE DUST JACKET ON OR OFF?

I strip them all naked. Hahah. That just works better for me. The jacket often slides down or is in the way and it just doesn’t read comfortably.

WHICH POSITION DO YOU MAINLY USE TO READ?

DO YOU TAKE THE BOOK YOU’RE CURRENTLY READING WITH YOU EVERYWHERE YOU GO?

Oh yes! Yes I do. Inside or outside. Though in the case of outside I often also bring another book with me as I don’t know if I have enough with my one book.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU UPDATE YOUR PROGRESS IN THE BOOK YOU’RE CURRENTLY READING ON GOODREADS?

Actually almost never. Only if I have strong feelings or the book takes me longer than a day to read.
