Library Haul ~ 16-2-2024 (Library #1)
Afternoon all!!
Happy Friday and welcome to a new Library #1 Haul!
I needed new books and I am so happy I was able to visit Library #1 yesterday (because if I had to go today I would have gotten soaked it has been raining on and off today). I had fun walking through the library and not just checking all the new releases spots, but also going through my Library wishlist and see if any of the books were available now (and yes, yes there were a couple). I was sad that I wasn’t able to borrow one book, apparently someone reserved it and the library peeps hadn’t had time to put it away. Oh well, there is always next time!
I also got 3 books about dementia/Alzheimer, two non-fiction and one poetry book. I have already read some books on the topic before my dad got Alzheimer, but now that I have someone in my life with it, someone close, I want to read even more about it! I want to know more about it all and how to handle it + read about the feelings that come with that.
All in all, I am excited to read all these books and I am happy with my stack!
