Afternoon all!

Happy Friday all and welcome to a new Library Haul! Yesterday I visited Library #1 and I had a good time!

I finished (or DNF, haha) most of my books from when I went 2 weeks ago so I wanted to get some fresh books. OK, I still got plenty to read, but with how lately my library books have been a bit miss instead of hit I would rather have too many books than too little.

I had two reservations waiting for me, both books I really really wanted to have and I am excited that the library FINALLY had them! Next to that, I didn’t have as much luck as I had 2 weeks ago, but I still managed to find some great looking books that I am very excited about to read.

Well, OK, the Barbie book is OFFICIALLY OUT. BYE. I was a bit on the fence about it (because the cover, but according to the inner contents a person is described, I guess the prompt person, yay eww) but it looked good and I didn’t check much. While adding it to GR I saw someone mention it was bland/may be written by ChatGPT so I just checked the book out more and the images are AI. EWW, why. LORD WHY. I guess I really really gotta vet every book I get when it has illustrations/art/photographs. LORD.
