Evening all!

A very rainy welcome to a new Top Ten Tuesday! Today is a freebie and I decided to go for a theme of my own! Pigeons!

I got a good reason for that one! We have had pigeon/dove couple around for a while now, each year they are getting a bit more used to me, and apparently they decided to grace my standing birdhouse with a nest. I was working in the garden (it is that time), had seen the pigeons around and thought they were just searching from some left-over seeds so I thought I would check out the birdhouse to see if I should replenish things. Instead of an empty birdhouse I saw a few twigs and a small white egg. So my hubby and I are now trying to stay away as much as we can from the birdhouse, but we do have to pass it at times if we want to get to the shed for our bicycles, but that is all. We already put the garbage cans at the front of the house so we don’t have to go back and forth for that. And I guess gardening is going to have to wait. Now I am found birdwatching quite a bit! I really hope that they are able to hatch that egg! I would love to see the baby bird + see flying lessons.

So today I thought I would make a fun post all about those pigeons! I got some really cute and fun (and one sad) books for you today and I hope you all enjoy them!
