Book Haul June 2024

Afternoon all!

Welcome all to a new shiny Book Haul! This time for June! Which really flew by, haha.

This month was a bit all over the board. From good days to some very shitty days. Thanks mom. 😐 The weather is also not helping, it is like the weather is having an identity crisis. It is almost summer but it feels more like fall. Even the leaves are falling. But we had some gorgeous days thankfully, and I enjoyed those greatly.
I baked, gardened, visited my dad (and spoiled him with new furniture and items), and I am slowly getting ready for August which will be when I will take a month of vacation and just relax. I need it this year.
Reading-wise, a good good month! I got some new books this month + ARCS. I also visited my libraries plenty.

I am very happy with the books I got this month, there were no pre-orders this time round, but I did get several new books to enjoy. Not as much as last month though, haha.

Did I read the books I got this month? Well, I am making progress! The top 3 I haven’t read because they only just got delivered last weekend. And the ones below that I just haven’t had the chance yet to read. My mood was mostly manga/library books/ARCs. But I hope to read these all soon!

I only added an ARC to my Kindle, other than that no Kindle books. Still not entirely into a Kindle mood.

  1. Oh ive been meaning to read dancing at the pity party!

Omg iver here its the opposite, WAY too warm for esrly summer. Just today it’s 40 degrees celcius with the humidex 😬 wayy to hot for my liking, even late 20s is too much- my meds makes my body overheat faster. (And thats the second heatwave so far, we had one in may too- but a tad less hot. 30s)
