Review: Pompomania
I received this book from Edelweiss/the publisher in exchange of an honest review.
I haven’t done pompoms since I was a kid (with circles of papers which wasn’t always fun, but haha, it worked), but I just needed this book to see what fun projects we could make and BOY, now I need to make pompoms again, haha. This one really sparked an interest in it again. There are so many fun projects in this one~
In this book we get 20+ fun projects to do with pompoms. Single coloured, multi coloured, small and easy projects and bigger and harder projects. There is something for everyone starters or experts. For instance you can make heart-shaped pompoms, but also cacti. Yes, pompom cacti and that is one project I am desperate about to make. Haha. I love cacti and succulents and next to real ones I also got fake ones, it would be fun to add one that is made of cotton. I really loved all the various projects and it was fun seeing what the next project was. I got so many projects that I want to try out. But I will definitely get those pompom makers because they look way easier to use than paper.
The projects are easy to follow with photographs and text for each step. At the beginning we also get instructions on how to make pompoms, pompom makers, and other stuff.
I was at first worried about the multicoloured ones, especially since sometimes we were shown just a drawing/template, but a lot of them also had photographs with the steps, those I can follow. The ones that had no steps.. well, maybe one day or never. XD It was just too complex for me to figure things out. Maybe that will come when I do more and more pompoms, who knows.
All in all, a really fun book full of pompom projects that will make you want to do pompoms! I would recommend it to all~

This looks very cute. I haven’t done pom poms since a summer camp I worked for but it makes me want to do them again.
I know right! I didn’t know you could do this much with pompoms, haha, if I had known maybe I would have continued when I was kid.
