Afternoon all!!

A happy welcome to a new Library #1 book haul!!

So yesterday I decided to hop by Library #1. I needed some more books in my life (hungry bookworm here) and I also had 3 reservations that were beckoning me to pick them up. Haha. So onwards I went, thankfully it was dry unlike Tuesday when it rained so much.

I had fun picking up my reservations and then wandering the library in the hopes to find a couple of more books. Not a lot of new books were added but I hoped to find at least something, and I can tell you, I did! I got some fun picture books + Oscar’s Lion (which I had been hoping to read for a while now). So good visit and I got plenty of fun choices~

Also normally I am not that keen on performances and such because I like my libraries mostly quiet, but I actually had such a laugh at the performance this time. It was for the week of reading aloud/reading with kids and they had all sorts of things organised. I heard snippets of it (and sometimes I just stuck around to listen) and a lot of it was just hilarious. The kids seem to love it as well as they were all interacting with it and I heard shouts of agreement or disagreement, which is just cute.

What I want to read first? Well, MODA (Moroccan fashion) and the Taking Shelter book~
