Happy Wednesday, hope everyone’s week is going better than mine, haha. Remember I told you all about my dad have influenza, well, he donated some germs to me it seems. On Tuesday I felt under the weather and today I am just dead. X.X

This week’s book is The Staircase in the Woods by Chuck Wendig! Yup, another horror. This girl is all into horror lately so that is what I look forward to the most! The book is releasing April 29th, so just 20 days to go (and then waiting for Amazon/Libristo to have it).

👻 The cover is just a delight. Imagine finding that in the forest, I would be both terrified and curious.
😱 I love the idea of a group of friends finding it, one disappears, and the group not giving up but coming back years later when the staircase is around again.
💀 What is at the top of the staircase???? I need to know, so I am fully invested.
😨 I love horror with a friendship trope, though I wonder how long these friends will stay friends, I mean, it could get pretty scary and I know how in horror that is when friendships break.
