Book Haul May 2025
Hello everyone!

A happy welcome to a shiny new Book Haul post, this time for May!
As you may have seen in my New Releases post this month just sped by, mostly filled with normal day to day stuff, but also my dad’s birthday (on the 5th but we celebrated on the 4th), stress thanks to my aunt/uncle (especially my aunt), enjoying the good weather, stressing and squeeing about my front and back garden which are being fixed/remade, cuddling with my dog, and other stuff. It was a fun month, I am looking forward to June.
Reading-wise also a good month with plenty of fun reads!
Did I read them all? Nope. I am just drowning in library books I want to read which is why this week is library book week. Reading or at least being more strict on what to keep and what to just bring back. But from my new stack I did manage to read 5. I only need SilverBorn and the 5 books on top. I hope to get to those as soon as I got my library books in order again.
Not on the list is the new Laura Kieft baking book which I read and I need to make some good things from there (cinnamon roll blondies, yum). Added to my Kindle Canine Chris #2 (read), Clever Little Things (unread).
Let me know in the comments what you read this month (anything you think I should read?), what you think of my stack.

I wanted go buy that grady hendrix book but when I saw how big it was…. I kinda gave up 😂 id rather read it ebook or even audio to camouflage.. ahah
Haha, well I bought it without knowing how big it was. I was just like OH this sounds good. And now I got a chonk at home. 🤣🤣🤣 I don’t blame you for trying to camouflage it with an audiobook or ebook.
All those books look interesting. I’m intrigue by The House that Horror Built. Hope you get to enjoy reading them.
Thank you! I hope so too, so far they are pretty good, The House that Horror Built is next, I am currently reading the Marriage Act.
