Waiting on Wednesday ~ Horror Collector, Vol. 6: The Disappearing Dog by Midori Sato, Yon, Norio Tsuruta
Evening!

Happy Wednesday! Welcome to a new Waiting on Wednesday!
Today’s book is one I found out about thanks to going through new releases list on Goodreads. That thing is broken to the max/doesn’t show all the authors, but at times I do find books there and this is one of them! Hello to the 6th volume in the Horror Collector series: The Disappearing Dog! I so so love this series and I am always hoping for more and more of it so I was hyped when I found out about it. It sounds awesome, from the blurb which talks about Bloody Mary (LOVE that urban legend though I am not crazy enough to actually try to summon her, haha) to the title that talks about a disappearing dog which I am guessing is Jimmy, the dog with a human face.
Thankfully the book is already out, so I will be getting it soon, though I am putting a bit of a stop on buying books until I get some things read. I don’t want to have a too big of a TBR even if this is a book I can read in an hour/maybe less. Because I know I will get more books, haha.
I’m a huge fan of urban legends, and I’ve been fascinated by the story of Bloody Mary. I decided to try summoning Mary, so I started chanting her name while looking into a mirror. But I got scared and stopped halfway… The next day, I found the courage to try again with my friends, and this time the unimaginable happened!
