Sunday’s TBR Updates ~ 6-7-2025
Evening!

Happy weekend/Sunday! Welcome to a new Sunday’s TBR Updates!
This week was pretty OK. I took some time to relax, but also did enough stuff, haha. I just cannot sit still long. I visited the nearby garden centre with Coco, cleaned up the front garden as it was just going everywhere and we still haven’t heard from the gardener, got some new glasses (well, they are being made, haha), found out my e-bike’s bicycle battery has given the ghost and thankfully there are still parts to be found for it so in 2 weeks I got an appointment at the bicycle shop and my bike will get fixed and until then I will just have to bike without the battery… which means short rides only, on Saturday my hubby and I saw the newest Jurassic Park movie (which was goooooodd), and today I am hoping to visit my dad!
Reading-wise, a very good week. Books from my stack along with a new book from the bookstore and 2 new books from the library.
What did I read from my TBR? The Apothecary Diaries #3 to 8 (loved these so much, just as fun as the anime was), The Promised Neverland #5 to #7 (ohhh, these were so good, happy we are now in Season 2 territory and I can see how the series continues), Solo Levelling #4 (oh, I loved this, so action-packed and fun), Honger (ohhh, yessss), We Live Here Now (very unlikeable characters, but the haunting/scary stuff was good), We Used to Live Here (OH YES, my favourite this week).
I tried and dropped (and at least tried a chapter or so)? You’ve Reached Sam (started off OK, but then it didn’t click for me anymore), Eat the Ones You Love (the POV switching didn’t help, meh).
Here is a new stack. Some new library books (plus one left from last week) along with one book left on my TBR. I really need to get some new books, haha.

A big thank you to all reading this post + liking/reading/commenting on my other posts this week! I really appreciate you all! Let me know in the comments what your reading plans are this upcoming week, if there is anything from my new stack that you read and would recommend I read first. I hope everyone has a great week!
