Library Haul ~ 29-8-2025 (Library #4)
Afternoon!

Happy Saturday all and a happy welcome to a new Library #4 Haul!
Yesterday I visited my dad first (he is doing OK-ish, though he wanted rest and quiet so I didn’t stick around long) and after that I went and visit the city of Library #4 as it is on my way home. Got some Halloween things, got some pressies for my hubby (almost his birthday), and then popped by the library!
I had 3 reservations waiting for me, sadly the others didn’t come in on time, and I had all the room as I had no books at home, so that meant I could pick up another 17 books. I grabbed quite a few books from the new releases tables, I just love that they are adding more and more English books both for YA and Children’s, hopefully they keep it up. crosses fingers After that I popped upstairs to check out my favourite places, the not so big manga shelf that is always chaotic + the YA/Children English bit + the English adult books. And I kept finding more books to the point that I had to put books in my bag or else it would all topple to the ground, haha.
I got a total of 15 books! I am very excited about all of them, but I think I will get to reading the manga first. I am so happy that they added One Punch Man. I got the series up to 12 at home, but with the prices for English manga rising too high I haven’t been able to get more volumes for years. Now I can finally read on!
Sorry for the not too great quality of the photograph, my phone didn’t want to cooperate. π

I love this!! I’ve been using the library a ton but for ebook and audiobooks!
Oh, I love that! So your library does well on ebooks/audiobooks? Here my libraries have one general online library site but it takes a long while for books to appear, especially children’s/YA, and English is even more dramatic.
Excellent haul Mehsi! I hope you love them all!
I read a manga once, it was called I Want to Eat Your Pancreas by Girl Aiming and I think I read it wrong because it didn’t make too much sense!π€¦ββοΈπ€·ππβπ©π
Thanks, Susan! So far I am having a lot of fun!
Oh, I heard of that one, still need to read it~ Haha, did you read it in the order that was mentioned in the back (or front) of the book? Though sometimes manga can be a bit weird.π
I love the illustration on the stickers, they are so cute!
Yeah, I love those. Well, OK, not so much for non-fiction, but that is because I am so used to the Dewey system and now they are using those illustrations instead of Dewey at a lot of the libraries here.
