Afternoon all!

Happy Sunday everyone! Whoo! Weekend~ Welcome to a new Sunday’s TBR Updates!

Well, as I predicted last week I did indeed spend a lot of time resting. I did some day to day stuff + chores + blogging and then went back to bed. Reading. Playing Hello Kitty Island Adventures. Resting. More reading. It was a good week. At times I did go out for small bits, like pop by Library #2 (thanks to my hubby) and when I felt good enough on Friday to Library #4. Sadly, didn’t feel good enough this week to travel all the way to my dad + I wasn’t sure if I was still infectious and I didn’t want to give him whatever my body decided to do (probably flu). I will be visiting him next week! Oh, and I also did some Pokemon Go-ing when I felt OK enough, this week there was an event and I wanted to at least try things. Plus, I got a new pin!
Reading-wise a very very good week, well OK, I had some DNF but in overall it was so GOOD! A lot from my TBR and even more from ComicsPlus, haha.

What did I read from my TBR? Medusa Gorgon (oh my GOSH, this was just oodles of fun and I loved Medusa), Lockett & Wilde’s (I was hoping this would be good and it was even better ghosts and friendship), Negaduck (oh heck yes, nostalgia time), Dungeon Crawlers Academy (magical, fun, and I want more), Frieren #6 – #9 (I am so glad that annoying exam arc is over I really love the travel parts), Huishoofd en boomhoofd (the humour was flat/story was a bit eh, but the art was cute), Dreamover (pretty OK though at times it was a bit eh).

I tried and dropped (and at least tried a chapter or so)? De Tirana Express (this just didn’t click, will try at a later date again), Keep Your Hands of Eizouken #1 (too technical/the art didn’t click for me so I also DNF-ed 2 and 3), Het laatste Joodse huwelijk (I had expected more wedding and less everything else, I got to halfway and then it was getting closer to the wedding), Banned (a bit to chaotic for me).

And here is a new stack. I am still not 100% well/OK and don’t want a relapse + I just get out of breath so easily (asthma + flu/cold is no no), so I got a big stack of books. Some library books I hadn’t put on it, some new library books, and some new physical books. Of course, I also want to read ARCs from Edelweiss and the lure of Mangaplus and Comicsplus is hard to resist. So it will be a fun week!
