Hello~

Happy weekend everyone! Hello and welcome to a new Sunday’s TBR Updates!

This week, well, I don’t know why but I am tired as heck. Been tired ever since I got the flu last month. So I did my day to day stuff with plenty of rest in between. I did some baking (white/dark chocolate brownies and some more speculaas). I made several fun Christmas arrangements that are now found throughout the house. I visited Library #1, #2, and #3. All in all, a pretty good week even though I hope that the tiredness will just go away.
Reading-wise, well even though my physical TBR was a bit eh in overall, the rest was good + I had a lot of fun with ComicsPlus + some other library books that weren’t on the stack (because they are too big/tall).

What did I read from my TBR? Rozen Maiden #4 (this was a good one, plenty of action, gorgeous art again), My Darling Dreadful (intoxicating, mesmerizing), Cold Eternity (It was decent, sometimes a bit scary, sometimes a bit boring/bland).

I tried and dropped (and at least tried a chapter or so)? Lila MacKay (lord is she 14 or 3?, she was so annoying), Boys With Sharp Teeth (reminded me a bit too much of another book), Predatory Natures (yawn), Near Witch (I tried, but the writing style didn’t work for me).

Here is a new stack, yes, I am going to try that book again, I would love to read it fully this year. And other than that, several new library books. I got some more library books but they are bigger (photography/non-fiction books) and I don’t want to lift those to the attic, haha. Plus, I do want to read some of my ARCs that I recently got as their release day is coming up. So I got an entertaining fun week ahead of me. I do want to take it easy (at least for most) so happy I can just crawl into bed with a book.
