Top 10 Books January 2026

Hiya everyone!

Pretty Cure sparkles anime gif with the text Top 10 Books on it

A happy welcome to a new Top 10 Books! Hello to January, the first month of 2026.

As you could have read in my New Releases post and my Sunday’s TBR Updates, I had a good month! Plenty of fun events such as Coco’s birthday, and shopping in Belgium. My small cold I mentioned is mostly gone, only my lungs (or well my asthma) is kicking a fuzz, but other than that I feel much better, whoo!

Reading-wise, WHAT a month! It was the start of the year so I had some curated books for those first days, that is a thing I do. It is mostly my Christmas books along with some others that I really want to start the year with. The rest of the month was reading what I had available including MangaPlus and ComicsPlus which are two places I just absolutely adore as they really give me all the opportunity to read manga (and comics/graphic novels). I also had a ton of ARCs that I had to read and I managed to get them down by quite a bit which is always a nice feeling.

This month I had THREE 5+ starred books and SEVENTEEN 5 starred books. Whoop whoop, what a fantastic reading month this was~

Disclaimer: The order of this list is random. The 5+ stars (if I have any) will always be on top, but that is the only non-randomness about the list.
