I received this manga from Tokyopop in exchange of an honest review.

First up, I was a bit worried, I mean ex??? I wouldn’t want to date my exes, but we quickly find out that they didn’t break up because of bad things. Instead Yukino just didn’t feel confident enough to keep dating the hot and popular Haru. Well, when I learned that? I just wanted them to get together and her to get confidence. He has waited for her all this time (SO CUTE). Second chances are my favourite trope and I was 100% in it.

In this one Yukino meets her ex again when he becomes the sale rep for her company’s client. They quickly hit off and things get heated. They start to see each other more and more and I was just shipping it so much. These two have chemistry, PHEW. I loved that they were getting a second chance at love, as I said they dated in school but broke off. Now Yukino is a bit more confident and she wants to give it a shot. I had so much fun seeing these two meet up, have dates to various places, him recommending make-up to her, eating together. And of course, sex. Because they also spark in that department. As the story continued I was just rooting more and more for these two. To get truly together.

And I loved seeing Yukino gain more confidence. She is still a bit shy/worried about how she looks/her character, and I understand. It rings true for me as well. I just wanted to step in the story at times and tell her that she was fabulous!

I was at first worried when we met Tabuchi, but thankfully that was all shot down quickly and without drama. PHEW!

The sex scenes were hot, spicy, sexy, and OMG. I was at first a bit worried at the first sex scene because she was pretty drunk and he a tad persistent, but in the end he did listen to her. He made her feel good and accepted that there wasn’t more to come. I love it when a guy listens. And after that they take it step by step and things heat up WOW. I was loving those scenes though, especially as we see Yukino gain even more confidence to talk what she wants from Haru. How much she wants. Where she wants him to go.

And that bonus chapter with more sexiness but also Haru’s POV. Swoon! That guy is so in love and I love it.

The art was really good, I liked the character designs, and the sex scenes were drawn well!

All in all, if you want a sexy second chances manga and don’t mind sex scenes, I would highly recommend this! It is so sweet and hot!
