It is time to Dance Dance Dance! With a dose of magic of course!

I was delighted to find another Unicornia book at one of my library, I had fun with the first one (despite some weird things that happened) and I was eager to read this one!

🩷 Seeing some more of Unicornia! I just love that place it sounds like such a dream and I would love to pop by, ride an unicorn, eat some yummy foods (though not that candyfloss spaghetti, no thank you), do magic, visit the sights, and more.
🩷 The Merry Music Day! Which meant not just students performing but also fun classes and workshops (which btw I would have loved to see).
🩷 The friendship between the girls was just chef kiss. I love how they haven’t know each other for that long but it felt like they have known each other for years and years. They are so sweet together and I love how they try to be there for each other. They have so much fun together and I love that one moment when they all had bumps and were just giggling at how it looked like unicorn horns.
🩷 Alfie! The potion class’s lizard! He was such a fun character, super cute.
🩷 I loved what happened after the dress rehearsal, I thought it was really sweet of that girl to include our girls and to propose what she did.
🩷 I had a lot of fun seeing the girls work hard and see the actual event happen (with chaos but also a lot of fun and happiness and glitter).
🩷 I love love the art, it is so cute and adorable and sweet and I love that in this one the colours were orange/black/white. So much fun. I am looking forward to the other books colours!
🩷 And I know I mentioned the art, but the cover needs a separate mention, I just love how glittery, sparkly, and fun that is. That was also what got me to reading this series. I saw the first book’s cover and I just wanted to read it. And the same happened with this one, I was already planning to, but seeing that colourful and glittery cover? Sold even more!

🤔 I know dinky as a word that means shabby/unimportant/ratty, so I am bit confused about when it was said about the magicophone.
🤔🤔 These kids are like 9-10, right? I am not sure about you but most kids probably won’t be listening to The Wheels on the Bus or Twinkle Twinkle Little Star with such fervour as our trio of girls at that age.

😖😡And I didn’t like how the girls turned to cheating instead of working hard for something. I am glad they learned a lesson, but I am a bit tired of this trope/this thing in children’s books. Too many times kids will get bored/not want to do the effort/whatever else and just try to steal and cheat. I get that kids in real life may do this as well, but does it need to be so often featured in their books? Why not that one of them gets the idea and the other shoots it down? That would work for me if you so desperately want to involve an element like that.

But all in all, I had fun reading this one! It was a cute addition in the series and I would like to read more the books.
