🐙 Mizudako-chan is adorable and I love her design. I can imagine though it is tough being a demi + one with so many tentacles. She cannot always hear easily because her tentacles are over her ears. But I love how she is both shy and assertive. Sometimes she just likes to hide away, and other times she grabs her chances, quite literally even, haha. I love seeing her grow more confidence as the story continued.
🐙 I had a laugh at her powers though, OK, there was also a sad moment when she used them, but with the guy from the start? I laughed when his head just transformed and seeing how happy I was.
🐙 Iwane was rude, but I also kinda like her and her enthusiasm and how she befriended Mizu-chan and how sweet she is towards her + also tries to help her when she is doing her cute thing for our male lead again.
🐙 How that backstory relates to the title of the book, oh my oh my, yes I am shipping it. Let’s go! I am so happy she found that person again. Though that means her powers aren’t entirely random, each person has one specific form to change into. Mm. Curious!
🐙 I want to meet the other demi’s (we see a teaser of them after the first chapter). That principal! The cat! BRING ITTTT! And I am sorry but I was both laughing and feeling sad for our male lead when his biggest dream as a kid was to become a mail carrier (and with that we mean the sky ones).
🐙 I love he wanted to help her and tried to figure things out for her. So she knew more about her powers/about her tentacles. And thanks to this we also learn some new things about our girl. Hopefully in the next volumes we learn even more about her.
🐙 Had a laugh how everyone in the class was shipping our MC and our octo girl together! Cheering for her, rooting for her. Same here class, same here, I also want these two to get together. But her problem is that she is too shy and his problem is that he is your typical male lead who doesn’t really have a lot going on in his brain when it is about girls, haha. But there are moments and I am hoping that in the next one they are growing! I need more cute/funny moments!
🐙 Fangtan fangtan fangtan! I am sorry, but I love myself fangs and our MC has some gorgeous fangs.
🐙 Fun bonuses like profiles and 4komas, I always love it when mangaka (or writers) add those it just makes things so much more fun!
🐙 I really like the art! The character designs were so fun~

😫Nakayama. What a creep. I am tired of this trope of one icky classmate who also btw doesn’t look 16 but rather like an older man just sitting there between high school girls.

All in all, what a fun I had with this one! I would recommend it if you are looking for a fun manga with demis + romance + humour.
