A really sweet and magical book about a girl working at a theme park!

I came across this one at the library (love it when that one surprises me with new English books, especially graphic novels) and I just had to bring it along. Romance? Theme Parks? YESSSS!

😍 That it takes place in a theme park. I just love those kind of stories. The magic. The costumes. The stories. The secrets! The lore! The merchandise! The royalty. I wouldn’t mind this all to be true because I would love to visit, see the movies, be part of it. It sounds like such a wonderful place. Plus, the fact you can work at this kind of place and do all sorts of jobs and even audition? LOVE it. I have read it before in other stories set in the US and it just seems like such a fun thing to do in the summer.
😍 While it was indeed not the best of the best jobs, I wouldn’t mind spending some time at that Nacho Stand, haha. The outfit, while I could see it was itchy/hot, did look oh so fun. Plus, NACHOOOOOSSS! This girl is a die-hard nacho lover. Even if these days I cannot eat a lot of tomatoes anymore so salsa is sadly out.
😍 Tabi was such a sweet character and I love that, despite all, she kept her hope. Even when things got squashed, when people were harsh because she is curvy/plus-sized, even when her dreams seemed so far away, she practised, she studied, she kept her dreams. It was very inspirational. I loved her in her nacho job time and see how hard she worked to get everything right and make everything special for people visiting (those creations of her, WOW). And when the coronation hall was nearby she tried to bring the magic even more to kids that popped by (like what she did for the kid who was afraid). And then later how hard she worked and how much fun she had in that new role which was so perfect for her. I was so proud of Tabi throughout the whole story. She is really a sweet and fun character.
😍 Kyra was at times hard to like, but as the story continued I could see she had her heart in the right place… or well, most of the times, haha.
😍 James x Tabi! They really had chemistry and I was just hoping that they would get together/would kiss! They would make such a cute couple! And so I loved seeing them get closer, explore the park, him helping her with things (like when she get a certain role and needs an attendant).
😍 That coronation float parade and all that happened there. KYRA!!!! I already started liking you more but you cinched it here, I love what she did and how she helped out.
😍 THAT EPILOGUEEEEEE. cries OMG, that was just pure perfection and I love every moment of it. It was just beautiful that the creator DID that, she really got inspired and I love what it means for future girls!
😍 The art was just so pretty! I loved the outfits, the magical theme park, the fun details, and more.
😍 Oh and I am also so on James’ side in regards to a certain event. Just like, haha, everyone. Well, except management.

All in all, I loved every moment in this one and I would highly recommend it to everyone!
